Lancaster County Racial Equity Profile

Knowing how a community stands in terms of equity is a critical first step in planning for equitable growth. To assist with that process, PolicyLink and Equity Research Institute (ERI) has partnered with local organizations to develop Pennsylvania’s first county-wide Racial Equity Profile. This framework can be used to understand the state of equity and equitable growth in Lancaster County.
